Urchin and the birdbox - redux

It's that time of year again where birdboxes become very interesting. As far as we know, nobody is nesting in this one, fortunately. But some blue tits have visited, so it does smell fascinating.

Caught in the act

Protesting her innocence

Debris

It can be difficult being a long-haired cat. Aside from the livestock that can get stuck in one's tail, there are also the constant vegetal attachments. This was the result of one trip into the garden on a wet day.

Urchin and the dandelions

Cats get to enjoy much more time outside at this time of year. Lots of patrolling to be done and flowers to be sniffed.

Lap cat

Sometimes a cat just wants a cuddle

Happy Easter

Having both of her people at home for four whole days is pretty much Urchin's idea of heaven.

So much fluff

Ridiculous beast. She was rolling around on the window sill and kept falling off, then pretending she hadn't.

Oh my ears and whiskers

We don't often take pictures of Urchin in undignified poses, but this magnificent display of whiskers was too good to miss.
